CHEF JAMES ORAN
With over 45 years of experience in the art of
cooking, Chef Jim is always eager to take challenge
in the kitchen. Having traveled the world his
journey to "Chef hood" Chef Jim has acquired an
international flavors which reflects his
determination to rightfully earn title "Chef". His
apprenticeship have taken him from Europe all the
way to the Caribbean, the famous resort in Jamaica
and had been an executive chef on a Norwegian
cruise-ship, and many reputable places and resorts
all over Ontario.. to mention few Deer Hurst Resort,
Hidden valley Inn, Nottawasaga Inn and Burlington
golf country club and many more. He also served
Windsor as Head Chef of Giovanni Coboto Club during
90's. In 1997 he opened his own place "Master
Chef's" in Windsor, Ontario and He is very happy to
serve Windsor now a hometown for chef Jim.
